Properties of Aquazinc® Coating
Aquazinc® provides superior corrosion protection in comparison with electrolytically deposited zinc/zinc alloys. When applied over zinc phosphate, it can achieve 800-1000 hours salt spray (ASTM-B-117) and 1200-1500 hours salt spray over zinc plating. Aquazinc® has excellent inter-coat adhesion between multiple layers and is suitable for springs and high strength steel parts.
