PPI has developed a line of water based fastener coatings, Polymet, designed and engineered for utilization in the automotive and building products industry. Our water based fastener coatings are low VOC and HAP free. They are also lead and chrome-free products. The performance levels of these coatings meet or exceed industry standards for corrosion resistance.

The water base fastener coatings have outstanding Kesternich performance and adhesion and water resistance over electroplated zinc and zinc alloys. Our dip and spin application is the best and we are known for leaving no buildup on dip baskets. We also have a line of spray coatings for fastener heads.
